Sometimes on trips you need super glue. To carry such a tube in a suitcase is dangerous; you can simply crush it. The best option for super glue is a syringe tube. It cannot be crushed in a bag and it will be stored there for a long time.

For a syringe for glue we need:
- blank from duralumin;
- lathe;
- another workpiece, but smaller in size;
- foam pads.
The first blank, which will have a void inside, we need to cut to the required size. To do this, insert it into the lathe and cut it.
Now we need a second workpiece, but without free space inside the tube. We try on the tubes with each other, we need the small tube to fit perfectly into the large one, which has free space inside. If the diameter of the second workpiece turned out to be larger, then we also grind it on a lathe.
We drill a small hole in the tube.
Ennoble the case using the same lathe. To do this, we cut the grooves so that the syringe does not slip in the hand.
Now we are turning a piston from a duralumin. The working part will be from kapron.
We cut the thread on the piston and make a hole in it.
We continue to grind the base we need from the blank. First of all, we make the tip of the syringe, cut out the head from the workpiece on the machine.
In the end, we should get a piston, the body of a syringe with a head cut out on the machine, and a cover for the tube.
The working part of the piston is made of kapron.
Once the tube is ready, it will need to be filled with glue. If you have excess glue, you can remove it with paper or cloth.
So that the glue does not pour out on the head of the syringe, we twist the twist.
And on the second end of the syringe we insert a piston.
All our syringe with glue is ready. Now you can not be afraid to wear it with other tools - the glue will not leak and will not pour out. A syringe made with a duralumin blank is simply impossible to damage, even if you hit it with a hammer.
