Many who make chargers or other power supplies put a grill on the cooler. Not every person can have such a grill at home, but it can always be done do it yourself.

To make the lattice, we need:
- copper wire 1.5 mm thick;
- 4 screws;
We need to start from the main crosshair. This is done with pliers and pieces. Cut off two even ends of the wire, which will be 4 centimeters larger than the diagonal of the cooler.
The second end in the middle should be with a small recess, so that the wire can easily lie on the second wire.
The ends of the wire are bent under the screws.
Then we put these two wires on our cooler and fix it with bolts or self-tapping screws. It is desirable that everything be in size.
Next, we need to make several rings of wire of different diameters. To make three rings, we take three bubbles of different diameters and a wire, bend the container and make a ring.
We clean the ends of the ring with a file.
To keep the rings, we can use a regular soldering iron. We process our ends of the ring with hydrochloric acid and begin to solder the rings.
Next we need to attach the rings to the crosshair. We attach a small ring to the crosshair, hold it with your finger, treat the junction with hydrochloric acid and solder it. We fix in 2-4 points.
All the same, we are doing with other joints. If there is excess solder, then it must be removed. During soldering, press everything well so that everything becomes well and does not stagger in different directions.
Observe safety precautions when working with a soldering iron, so as not to burn yourself.
After the grate has been made, it must be washed in cold water and then painted with a spray can.
