Every house has sockets and it’s far from always possible to hide them somewhere furniture. Moreover, everyone will find such a socket that is installed in plain sight, but is not used constantly, it becomes dusty and becomes not very aesthetic. In order to make this outlet a part of the interior, to give it some interesting look, let's try to make a special functional door for it with you.

For work, we need:
- a scrap of a board from a box for fruit;
- grinder;
- metal square;
- a pencil for marking;
- a cap from a spray can with paint;
- crocodiles for curtains;
- cloves;
- nippers;
- tin;
- file.
First of all, we need to prepare our scrap for work. To do this, clean the board from debris, dust, if any, and polish with a grinder.
After that, you can start marking our trim. Apply lines with a pencil. We mark the desired height of the future door, in this case we mark 9 cm. Next, we need to draw an arch, we do this with a cap, although you can use any round object. Do not forget to note the side parts of the door 10 mm thick.
After the end of the marking, we proceed to sawing our structure with a grinder. There should be two parts, the arch and the door itself.
The decorative elements on the door itself are made using an ordinary file. First, put the markings in the form of vertical lines on the door itself and already on it with a file we begin to bore small indentations in the tree.
To add depth to the decorative elements, draw in-depth lines with a pencil.
After both parts are ready, we cover them with colorless varnish and let them dry thoroughly.
Hinges can be bought at the store in advance of toys. And you can use crocodiles for curtains.
We mark our arch where we will drill holes for fastening loops. Next, we fix the crocodiles with carnations. Since ordinary nails are long, bite off with nippers to the desired size, grind the tips.Drilling holes for nails is a must, otherwise your board will simply crack.
The door hook is cut from a small piece of tin in any shape that suits you. In our case, it is made in the shape of an hatchet. Also with pre-drilled holes.
Our decorative door for the outlet is ready, you just have to check its ease of use.
