For work, we need to prepare:
- 5 kg of gypsum;
- 1.5 kg of coarse sand;
- 2 l of water;
- yellow and black color;
- lemon acid;
- separately 400 ml of water
- a form for a stone;
- dry pigment;
- brush;
- putty knife.
In a separate cup with 400 ml of water, pour about a third of a teaspoon of citric acid, mix and leave until completely dissolved.
In the prepared 2 liters of water, we need to add color to paint over it. Kohler will be added with caps (spoons), which are in baby food. We need 2 caps of black color and 3 caps of yellow. Pour everything without a pot. After that, mix everything thoroughly so that the color is completely dissolved.
Now we take gypsum and add it to the cement and sand. We mix everything.
At this point, citric acid in the measuring cup has already dissolved, so add it to the tinted water. Mix again.
Add dry water to the resulting dry solution and mix. Stir thoroughly so as not to spray, and carefully so that no lumps form. The result should be a homogeneous mixture.
Now the prepared form for the stone must be selectively tinted with pigment. We do this with an ordinary small brush. We tint any pieces of your choice to give a natural stone later. You do not need to paint much, just a few elements.
Proceed to fill the form. Pour the solution a little and then shake the mold to evenly distribute the solution. If necessary, add another solution to some cells.
Since at this point the solution is already starting to thicken, try to work faster.Using a spatula, remove excess solution and add to where it was not enough. Well clearing the tracks on the form. So that after solidification it was convenient to remove the finished stone from it. Leave the solution to dry completely.
After the mortar has frozen, we remove the decorative stones from the mold. Thus, we make the necessary amount of stone to decorate the right part of your home.
