In some cases, there is a desire to leave your own stamp or seal on the next product, but you do not want to pay extra money for it. Especially for such cases, you can home conditions to make a real metal stamp, spending quite a bit on it.

We will need:

- photoresist;
- film for slides;
- laser printer;
- adhesive tape;
- ultraviolet lamp;
- a basin or any container;
- water;
- soda ash;
- electrodes;
- 55 mAh car battery
First of all, we need to draw a stamp in Photoshop or another graphics editor on the computer. Next, print the finished picture on a film for slides with a conventional laser printer. It is important to remember that the printed image must be in negative format.
Next, take our bolt and polish its head.
Harvested collected. You can start the process of making a stamp, or rather, transferring a picture from a film to a bolt. To do this, first take the photoresist and glue it to the bolt. In order to glue the photoresist onto the bolt we need to take an ordinary adhesive tape and glue it on the inside of the photoresist. After that, sharply pull on the tape to slightly raise the end. Next, remove the film, degrease the head of the bolt and glue the photoresist well.
Next, we need to attach the stamp stencil made by us to the photoresist.
The next thing we need to light up the photoresist. You need to do this with an ultraviolet lamp, which, like the photoresist itself, can be purchased in the store for a small amount. It takes about 3 minutes to illuminate the photoresist.
After three minutes, we need to remove the protective film of the photoresist with tape and develop the pattern.
For development, you need to pour water in any container and add a couple of teaspoons of soda ash.
Next, we should lower the bolt head into the mixture and slowly stir water and soda with it until the photoresist dissolves from the head, that is, the bluish color from the places where there should not be a picture is washed off.
Now we need to pickle our blank to get the recess needed for the stamp. We will poison in an electrochemical manner. To do this, pour water into a jar and prepare a saturated saline solution.
Now we need to connect one electrode to the minus of the car battery. An ordinary drill can serve as an electrode. Dip it into the solution. For best effect, you can add a little hydrochloric acid to the solution.
And the workpiece is connected to the wire, which goes to the positive terminal of the battery.
We lower the bolt into the water and wait a few minutes until the corrosion does its job and the places around the drawing become deeper than the drawing itself.
