We make a mini crossbow of 3 handles

At work, sometimes it becomes very boring. Computer games in such cases do not always help and I want to have fun with something else and original. We offer you to make a miniature crossbow from what exactly everyone has at work, namely from pens.

So, in order to build a miniature crossbow, we need:
- glue gun;
- pliers or pliers;
- Super glue'
- stationery knife;
- three pens;
- a piece of thread;
- two lighters;
- one clothespin;
- a hacksaw for metal;
- toothpicks.

It should be noted immediately that the handles must have metal clips. As for lighters, one of them can be used, and the second should be good. Everything is clear with the materials, you can get to work.

First of all, with two handles, with the help of flat-nose pliers or round-nose pliers, we must unclip the metal clips, and then remove them.

Next, we take a clerical knife and make two cuts in the cap of one handle - one in the middle, the second on top.

Following the same clerical knife on the same cap in the center, we make a slightly oblong hole. Later in this hole we will fix the metal clips.

Then we break off the factory retainer, after which we can safely say that half of the work has been done.

Now you can proceed to the manufacture of the arc. Insert the metal clips into the hole that we made earlier.

Fix the front with hot glue.

However, for reliability, it is advisable to pour a little glue into the cap itself.

We tear off excess glue, we check how reliably our arc turned out.

Now we need to connect the resulting structure with a cap from the third handle, and the adapter will be a piece of the body of the same handle.

We glue the structure with superglue and expose the clip strictly in the center.

It's time to tighten the thread. The best option is a nylon thread. In its absence, you can use another durable analogue.

Now you can begin to manufacture the trigger. To do this, insert a toothpick, from the edge of the clip enter 50-60 mm and put a mark.

Then we remove the clip so that it does not interfere with us and we make two cuts: one is flat, and the second is slightly sloping.

Next, proceed to the manufacture of the trigger. To do this, disassemble the clothespin, align the spring and bend it with the letter “P”.

We warm one end with a lighter and pierce the handle body and at the end we make a small hook.

It remains to make the handle, which is not so difficult. Just take and cut the old lighter at an angle and glue it to the base.
