Fishing for many is just a hobby. However, there are people who truly love fishing, because it calms them, allows you to forget all the problems and break away from the gray everyday life, having absorbed in your favorite business. Fishing enthusiasts will definitely like our today's material, since we will talk about vibrators, and more specifically about the method of their manufacture in home conditions.
We invite you to watch a video on the manufacture of vibration
We will need:
- film for the manufacture of the template;
- 0.5 mm copper plate, which we will use as a base;
- awl;
- scissors for metal;
- drill;
- drill;
- pliers;
- paint.
We note right away, if anyone is not engaged in fishing, but is interested, then we note that oscillators are also known as oscillating spinners. Such spinners are used for catching predatory fish, since they imitate swimming fish, thus attracting a predator.
First of all, we have to mark a blank on a copper plate according to the template. You can do this with an awl or a marker, pencil and so on.
Next, cut the workpiece with scissors for metal. After cutting with scissors, the corners of the workpiece may be uneven. This can be fixed with an emery wheel, in the absence of which you can use ordinary sandpaper.
After that, you need to give the workpieces a slightly rounded shape. To do this, take a pipe of small diameter. Then we put the workpiece on the bar, and the pipe on the workpiece and beat the pipe with a hammer.
Now we need to make a hole for the hook ring. And one more thing on the other end.
The next thing we do with pliers is to make bends on the workpieces. This must be done through the fabric, so that there are no traces on the blanks themselves. Additional bends will guarantee good work of the spokes.
Now we have to paint the blanks. The author uses black spray paint. On top of black paint on one side we apply red paint and varnish the blanks.
In the end, we note that varnishing before blanking cannot be called mandatory.Lacquer is needed only so that the paint lasts longer, like the oscillators themselves, because in the absence of varnish after each successful fishing there will be traces on the oscillations.
