The weather is gradually getting colder, the days are getting shorter, and this means that winter will come very soon. Few adults love winter, because the cold weather often interferes with work, you have to dress for a long time before leaving the house, and utility bills are significantly increased. The children, however, do not notice this, because for them it is time for winter to sculpt snowmen, write letters to Santa Claus and play snowballs. We decided to share with you an interesting idea, which, although it contradicts the classic concept of playing snowballs, is very similar to the progress that we are seeing around us and which is trying to make our life easier.
Today we’ll talk about the snowball tool, the video of which we suggest you watch right now.

So we need:
- wooden lath;
- self-tapping screws;
- New Year's plastic toy for the Christmas tree;
- door canopy;
- a hacksaw;
- sandpaper;
- saw;
- a screwdriver.
We will not name the exact sizes during the manufacturing process, since they depend entirely on the diameter of the New Year’s toy, however, after seeing the design and understanding the manufacturing process, you will be able to choose the optimal sizes to fit your needs.
Let's get started. First of all, we need to cut our toy in half. We will do this with an ordinary hacksaw.
Next, we process the edges of the resulting blanks with sandpaper to get rid of bumps.
Next, we need to cut the wooden rail into 5 parts so that we get 2 equal long pieces, one middle and 2 equal short ones.
We take equal long and short pieces and fasten them together with screws so that we get “G” -shaped workpieces.
Next we take the door canopy and fasten it to short pieces of our wooden battens, as shown in the figure below.
At the other ends of the long pieces of reiki, we need to attach the halves of a New Year’s toy.
Now the most important point. It is necessary to close the structure so that the halves of the ball are connected. We take the remaining middle piece of the slat and set it in the middle so that the half of the ball does not strongly press against each other.Mark the place with a pencil.
We fix the middle piece on one of the long ones, thus obtaining a kind of fuse.
It remains only to pour a little hot glue at the base of the halves of the ball to add resistance, otherwise the plastic may crack when we make snowballs.
