- a thick tube for drinks;
- balloon.

After making sure that the tube is inserted into the hole on the syringe, we take the ball and cut off its neck. The ball should be inserted into the syringe. If desired, the lower parts of the syringe can be cut off if they interfere.
Now, carefully pull the ball on the syringe and fix it with electrical tape.
