Another option for making portable charging a mobile phone

In one of our past materials, we examined A method of manufacturing a portable charger for mobile phones. We continue this topic. We also decided to devote this material to the manufacture of portable chargers. Recall that such devices allow you to charge your mobile gadget when there are no outlets nearby and the ability to recharge your smartphone in a classic way.

First, we suggest that you familiarize yourself with the video

What do we need:
- power supply for charging a mobile phone;
- a plastic box;
- 9 volt battery;
- glue gun;
- two wires.

Before we get down to business, we note that the power supply from the charger must have a USB connector.

First of all, we need to disassemble the power supply of the mobile phone charger and remove the board from it.

On the board from the charger there are two contacts, from the plug. These contacts must be connected to the battery outputs. To do this, take two pieces of wire, strip the ends.

To connect wires to the contacts on the board, the author homemade Don't use a soldering iron. Instead, it simply glues with hot melt adhesive.

Next, we need to connect the free ends of the wires coming from the contacts on the board to the contacts on the battery. However, before that, for greater stability and structural strength, we glue the board to the battery with a glue gun.

We bring the wires to the contacts on the battery and seal with a glue gun.

Now we need to make a hole in the plastic box to the size of the USB connector on the charger board. The author uses a conventional lighter for this, which does not allow to get a particularly beautiful look. If desired, you can do this more accurately and as a result get a more beautiful box.

If there is free space between the battery, the board and the box, as the author has, then you need to fill it with hot glue so that the battery and the board do not wobble in the box.

Close the box with a lid. Thus, we get a completely miniature portable charger for a mobile phone and smartphone. We’ll add from us that you can use a battery with a larger capacity and recharge the tablets. Also, if desired, you can slightly decorate the resulting homemade by painting it or decorating it with stickers.

It will never work! Because the charger at the input needs at least 100 Volts, nominally 220, and there is only 9 volts battery. and then given the small capacity of a 9-volt battery of only 200 mAh it will not be enough to fully charge the phone, a maximum of 10% charge
Thanks to your comment, I looked ...
... I did not know that we have so many dumbhead nerds .... To believe this, you need to be an amoeba!))))
Most of all, 33 people are surprised, like this nonsense, which is not even subject to discussion due to complete absurdity.
Original ... Network contacts on the battery and the charging output are also there. The perpetual motion machine, damn it. And this is also not the battery, but the battery of the system ,, crown ,,. At the end, pour glue and set fire to everything)
Even collecting did not fit close.

I collected from batteries for a phone with a voltage of 8.4 volts at the output. Bottom line - charging to the phone does not go. What is the reason?

We advise you to read:
