Do-it-yourself miniature USB lumberjack

The manufacture of miniature models of conventional apparatus and equipment can be called a completely original way of developing some skills, as well as a way of spending good time. We have already reviewed the manufacturing videos miniature crossbows, fans and others fixtures. Now we bring to your attention an overview of the video on the manufacture of a miniature USB lumberjack in home conditions.

First, take a few minutes to watch a mini lumberjack video

We will need in the assembly process of the device:
- aluminum wire, stripped of insulation;
- aluminum wire, not cleaned from insulation;
- a tube for cocktails;
- USB wire;
- motor 5 volt;
- pieces of plastic;
- wooden block;
- pliers;
- glue gun.

The motor can be removed from the old computer drive. Also, you first need to cut off two pieces of stripped aluminum wire and bend the ends of these pieces into hooks. As for the pieces of plastic, we need to cut one rectangular part and one round, which we will need to make our lumberjack. With the rest of the materials, everything is extremely clear, and this means that you can begin to work.

Take the reinforced aluminum wire and bend it in the shape of the letter "P".

Now we take not stripped wire, from which we need to make the hands and feet of our lumberjack. Bend the end of the wire to get a knee.

After that, we need to break the wire so that the resulting leg is separated from the rest of the wire without damaging the insulation. This is done with pliers.

We take two centimeter pieces of tubule and one long piece with a hole made on the side and a piece of wooden block.

We drill two holes for hook-shaped pieces of aluminum wire on a wooden bar.

We put on one wire and begin to assemble our structure. We insert one centimeter piece of the tube onto the U-shaped wire and insert it into the first hook.After that, we insert the U-shaped wire into a long piece of the tube through the hole made on the side of the tube and insert the second centimeter piece of the tube onto the wire. We put the second end of the U-shaped wire into the second hook, and we put the hook into the second hole on a wooden block.

We hook the hook-shaped wires in our holes with a glue gun.

We glue our little man. To do this, we glue not stripped pieces of wire onto a plastic rectangle, which will be the body of our lumberjack.

Glue a round plastic piece onto a rectangular piece.

Fix the little man on a wooden bar. To do this, make two more holes on the bar. We insert the little man’s legs into these holes, again fixing with a glue gun.

We connect the man and our first design with another U-shaped piece of wire, which we put in the hole at the other end of the long tube. Glue the wire to the man’s body.

We make a hatchet out of paper and glue it in the hands of men.

Now we need to connect our design with the engine. To do this, take a small piece of plastic pipe, on which we glue the motor.

The other end of the plastic pipe is glued to a wooden block.

Finally, glue the motor to the long U-shaped part of our design.

Our mini USB lumberjack is ready. It remains to connect the motor wires to the wires of the USB cable.

In the end, we add from us that, if desired, you can add a small button to the structure to turn the motor on and off.
