Easy lighting for e-book readers

Electronic books recently do not stand up to competition. In any case, this can be said by many who have not come across these useful gadgets, which, unlike ordinary computers, laptops, smartphones and tablets, allow you to read your favorite books without harming your own eyes.

Unlike the more common gadgets, e-books actually convey the text as we see it in print. The only difference is that gadgets use electronic ink.

Older models of such gadgets do not have a backlight, which complicates the reading process in the dark. Given that gradually the days are getting darker sooner and earlier, we decided to share with you a little trick that can solve the current problem.

Let's start by watching a video with a detailed description of the solution:

What do we need:
- LED flashlight;
- tennis ball;
- marker;
- stationery knife;
- glue.

An ordinary LED flashlight has directional radiation, which is not compatible with e-books, because the text with this glow becomes almost unreadable.

We need to get a backlight with scattering light. This is where the genius of the human mind manifests itself, because this can be achieved using a matte filter, the role of which in our case will be played by the most ordinary tennis ball.

We put it on the top of the flashlight and mark the place of gluing.

Cut the excess with a clerical knife.

After that, you can simply put a piece of the ball on the flashlight. If the flashlight is not used for its intended purpose, you can safely stick the ball on its end, thus obtaining a kind of nightlight for reading electronic books. This method is useful in that, as a rule, LED flashlights hold a charge for a long time, and last for a long time.
