Lately crafts PVC pipes are becoming more popular. This is due to the fact that such pipes can be called a kind of designer, which allows you to collect almost everything that your heart desires. This time we will consider a completely original idea for creating a laptop stand using such pipes.
Consider the necessary materials for the stand:
1. one piece of PVC pipe 22 cm long;
2. two pieces of PVC pipe 20 cm long;
3. two pieces of PVC pipe 7-8 cm long;
4. 6 elbows for pipes at right angles;
5. gas burner;
6. spray paint;
7. glue;
8. silicone or rubber pads.
Not every house has a gas burner, so instead of it you can solder pipes together, heating on a regular gas stove. Also, if desired, you can simply glue the pipes together.
We will start by cutting the pipe according to the above dimensions. After that, you need to connect the pipes together. This is done in the following order: we take the longest piece, on the ends of which we put on one knee.
Next, we put 7 cm pieces of pipe on the knees. We also put on the knee on the ends of these pipes.
Finally, we take two 20 cm pieces, which become a continuation of our design. We complete the design with two more knees at the ends of the last pipes. Do not forget to solder each pipe to the knee or stick them together, so that the stand is durable.
The stand is actually ready. It remains to take care of painting. You can use any color for your own taste and discretion. Spray paints need to be in a ventilated room or generally in the fresh air. If the paint does not cover the structure with one layer, then you can wait until it dries and paint the second layer.
Finally, you need to make sure that the stand does not slide around the table. To do this, glue silicone or rubber pads on the lower parts of the structure.
