Modern washing machines are designed for a certain amount of dirty clothes for one wash, that is, if your washing machine is 3.5 kg, then at one time you can wash no more than 3.5 kg and preferably not less. But what if, for example, you have dirty socks or gloves that need to be washed urgently? Of course, you can wash them with your hands - this was done before (and with all things). This is a fairly quick way, but this method has its drawbacks: firstly, you lose your precious time, and secondly, you somehow spoil the skin of your hands (with hard water and detergents). Therefore, after analyzing this problem, I decided to tell you how to make an audio washing machine myself.
As I wrote above, our home-made washing machine will be sound, that is, the machine will be washed thanks to sound waves.
For this we need old speaker from speakers. The more watts in dynamics, the more clothes we can wash in one bookmark. That is, the calculation comes from the ratio: 1 Watt column per 1 kg of dirty clothes.
So, we disassemble the column and carefully remove the speaker from it. Speaker using wires soldering to a music center. DO NOT solder the wires to the plug and do not plug into the socket !!!
Next, we make a small stand for the speaker. It consists of plywood with a hole in the center that matches the diameter of the speaker itself and in the corners we nail small wooden blocks as shown in the photo.
After that, carefully place the speaker in the hole in the lantern and fix it with screws:
That's all! Our design is ready. Now I will show you how it all works.
We take a disposable plastic plate, put it on the speaker and pour water:
Now we turn on the music in the music center and see what happens to water:
As you can see, sound waves are transmitted to water and replace mechanical washing with hands.
Now try the washing machine in action
To do this, take a plastic bucket and collect water into it. Next, put the bucket on the speaker and turn on the music.
We take dirty things that require washing (in our case this is a pair of gloves), add powder or other detergent to the water and soak the gloves.
Now you can go about your business, enjoying the music. After some time (in our case, an hour has passed), turn off the music and remove the gloves.
As you can see, the gloves are snow-white, so it is quite possible to conclude that our washing machine did its job perfectly.
By the way, choose music based on what fabric you have. You can put hard rock and turn on a high volume - this is for example jeans, and children's lullaby music - for a delicate wash with little pollution.
