A remote syringe is a spraying syringe itself, which, when hit in a certain place, itself injects the contents in it into this place. Such syringes can often be seen in Hollywood films, where similar syringes that are simple to manufacture use secret agents, spies and other characters. In this article we will try to make a remote syringe in home conditions. We note immediately that the material is for informational purposes only.
First, let's get acquainted with the process of manufacturing a syringe in the author’s video
We will need:
- two 2.5 ml syringes with a rubber piston;
- stationery knife;
- alcohol burner;
- a thick needle for a syringe;
- a piece of plastic;
- file;
- a piece of rubber;
- a piece of paper sheet.
Let's start manufacturing. We take syringes and disassemble them.
Let's start with the first syringe. Cut off the handles for the fingers.
Remove the gum from the piston and insert it into the syringe. We do the same with the second syringe.
Now you need to solder the resulting two halves of the syringe. To do this, heat up the syringes on the edges of the alcohol burner. If the spirit lamp is not at hand, you can replace it with a candle.
We heat the syringes and tightly connect them.
The next step is to take a thick syringe needle. Author homemade advises using a thick needle, because it is stronger, and also because the contents of the syringe will be injected faster.
Next, heat any piece of plastic to a fluid state and forget the needle hole for it.
After that, take a file and slightly cut through the middle of the needle.
We take any piece of rubber. From it we make a cap for the hole in the needle.
On this our remote syringe is ready. It consists of two chambers. The first chamber must be filled with the necessary preparation, and the second must be injected with compressed air. This is done very easily. You need to take a thin syringe needle, pierce the piston with it and squeeze any empty syringe. As a result of this, compressed air is generated in the second compartment. After filling, the second syringe must be pulled out sharply.
We proceed to the manufacture of the tail for the remote syringe so that the syringe does not lose controllability in the air.To do this, take a piece of paper sheet and wrap it in a cone, leaving a hole for the nozzle of the syringe. Glue the tail to the nozzle of the syringe for compressed air.
Finally, consider the principle of operation of a remote syringe. When it enters the body, the rubber plug located on the cut is pushed back, after which the compressed air in the lower chamber presses on the piston, which in turn pushes the entire contents of the syringe through the cut.
