Balanced coasters are some of the most exciting as they look attractive on every festive table. As the New Year is approaching, which is necessarily accompanied by festive feasts, then it's time to take care of such a stand, the manufacture of which is our today's material.

So we need:
- a screwdriver or a drill;
- A circular saw or crown, as many call it, with a diameter of 38 mm;
- a hacksaw for metal;
- miter box;
- a polypropylene pipe of 50 mm and a length of 40 cm;
- mirror tape.
At the very beginning, we clarify that mirror adhesive tape, as such, is not an obligatory element, since it replaces paint. If you wish, you can use aerosol or acrylic paint instead of it at your own discretion.
The first step is to insert the polypropylene pipe into the miter box and cut it at an angle of 45 degrees.
You need to do this from both ends.
Next, we clamp the ring nozzle into a screwdriver or drill.
The most important moment has come. You need to make a hole on the side of the pipe that is the longest. The holes can be made somewhat for different bottles, however, the author stops at one hole for champagne.
The stand is ready. You can start decorating. As said above, the author homemade uses mirror tape. If you also want to use this, then one important fact should be taken into account: mirror tape must be glued to the pipe extremely carefully so that there are no free spaces and folds. All this externally will harm the design.
We cut off the excess pieces at the edges with a clerical knife, without forgetting to cut off the space for the hole.
New Year's stand is completely ready. You can experience it. We take a bottle of champagne and insert its neck into the hole made on the pipe. The stand is magically held by a 45 degree tilt and a bottle counterweight.
