For this we need:

Now you can pick up a soldering iron, with which we will collect the board. Let's start with the diode bridge. It can be purchased at a store or market. The only thing to consider is that the bridge is designed for a minimum of 10 amperes of current. The author of the idea, for example, uses a diode D242. The diode bridge must be soldered to a piece of PCB.

Since the radiator will be very hot during the operation of the charger, you need to install a thyristor on it.

The ammeter requires special attention. According to the author, he purchased it in a store. After that, he finalized the circuit by adding a switch to it. It will allow you to measure the voltage on the battery. This will require a shunt. Pay attention to the shunt connection. It needs to be connected in series.

Let's get down to the hull. To begin with, we disassemble the stabilizer and take out its filling.

We make a mark on the front wall and drill a hole along the diameter of the variable resistor. Do not forget about the switch. After that, we take a drill of small diameter, with which we drill a hole for the ammeter. After drilling, we process the edges of the holes so that they are not too sharp.

This scheme is not very good. As a result of high currents in the secondary, there is a lot of heat on the parts, they need to be taken in high power.
