Many people have a home homework animals. This may not necessarily be a cat or a dog. Some prefer a parrot, fish (aquarium), guinea pigs or hamsters. In any case, for each of these animals you need to make their "home corner", where they can play, sleep, eat, etc. There are many different ways to make animal houses yourself, it’s even easier to buy such a house in the store, but it all costs money. Today, in this article, the author will tell us how to make a real multi-room (in our case, 3-room) apartment for your beloved animal yourself.
For our homemade work we will need three plastic bottles of 6 liters each.
First we need to separate the neck from the bottle. The neck needs to be cut a little
Next, we need to make a threaded washer from the bottle cap. This is done by removing the “middle” of the cover:
Now we make a round hole in the side of the bottle, which is ideally sized to fit the diameter of the neck cap. We make such holes in two of the three bottles, and in the third bottle we make two such holes in the two side parts of the bottle. Now we connect the bottles together. To do this, through the hole in one bottle we poke the neck cut off by us so that it also enters the hole of the second bottle:
After that, to secure the connection from the inside of the bottle, we fasten the neck with our threaded washer:
It turns out that on the one hand the neck does not pop out due to its larger size than the hole in the bottle, and on the other hand, the wound thread.
Next, with the same images, attach the third bottle to these two already attached:
After that, in the tops of the bottles we make holes for the rope and pass the rope through all the holes. It turns out a pen, for which you can carry the house for the hamster even in one hand or hang it if necessary.
Now you can calmly equip the hamster’s home. One bottle (room) will serve him as a dining room, the second as a toilet, and in the third room the animal will sleep.
If you need to wash one of the "rooms" or put a new one, then you can easily unscrew the washer and disconnect one of the bottles.
