We bring to your attention a way how to decorate an ordinary fence made of bricks or cement blocks.
Necessary materials

It should be noted that the decoration should be applied to a pre-plastered smooth fence. To begin with, you need to determine the pattern and its location on the wall.
With a pencil or chalk, draw the contours of the selected drawing.
In order to keep the decoration better, notches are made on the wall with a chisel or grinder.
Then you should prepare a cement mortar. To do this, combine 3 parts of sand, 1 part of cement, add water and mix thoroughly. Add water until there is not a single dry lump left. It is worth noting that the solution should not be liquid, otherwise it will be difficult to work with it.
The finished solution must be thrown in small parts onto the drawing using a trowel. The thickness should be 2-3 cm. In order for the mortar cakes to hold better, they need to be sprayed sharply. Parts that fall away should be replaced. Sketches cannot be pressed down and smoothed.
Next, the cement must be allowed to dry for 10-15 minutes. Then, using a twig, draw all the contours, and remove the excess cement.
An ordinary paint brush should be dipped in water and smooth the resulting pattern.
Paint the decoration with water-based paint in whole or in part (at your discretion).
