It is one thing to fill the yard and garden with flowers, but to make a composition of several flower pots and flower stands in an effective and eye-catching manner is already a skill. With a detailed description of the manufacture of such a masterpiece on the shoulder of each.
To make a flower stand, you will need the following materials and tools:
- a sheet of expanded polystyrene 1.5x1.5 m (the author used expanded polystyrene, but with no less success it is possible to use a sheet of OSB or plywood);
- a piece of plywood 1.2x0.6 m,
- 2 pieces of timber 30-40 cm each,
- fasteners (bolts, screws),
- carpentry glue,
- electric jigsaw,
- paint with imitation of wood structure, yacht varnish,
- 2 pieces of PVC pipe of 30 cm for installing a pair of garden tools (the diameter of the pipe should be larger than the diameter of the handle of the tools),
- flowers in pots,
- a pair of garden tools
Step 1.
A contour of the palette with holes for flower pots in places of paints is applied to a sheet of polystyrene foam.
Step 2
An electric jigsaw cuts the contour and holes.
Step 3
To complete the appearance of the palette, an oval is cut from plywood to place it in the center.
Step 4
At the back, the palette should have support; for this, two elements rounded on one side are made of timber. The elements are glued to a square of plywood, on which, along with the screws, pipe sections for the tool are attached. A square of plywood is connected through polystyrene foam with a central oval with bolts.
Step 5
The assembled structure is coated with imitation wood structure, yacht varnish.
It remains only to place the palette in the right place, install flower pots and garden tools.
