We continue to manufacture homemade batteries. In one of the previous materials, we examined the method of obtaining finger battery generator, which allows you not to change the batteries of your favorite remote control from the TV. This time we will review the video on the manufacture of simple and compact batteries for the radio.

So we need:
- aluminium foil;
- plastic bag;
- graphite powder;
- bandage;
- paper strip.
To make such a battery, we first put a plastic bag on the table.
On top of the plastic bag, put a strip of foil. In this case, the plastic bag will play the role of insulation.
We take a small piece of foil from which we make a tap and fix it on one edge of the foil sheet. This will be a kind of contact.
Then we put a strip of paper.
We put a bandage on a strip of paper, which can be purchased from any pharmacy.
Finally, we add graphite powder over the bandage. After that, you need to slightly level the powder, using a business card, a credit card or something more convenient.
On top of the entire structure obtained, we put another strip of foil.
We attach one more contact tap at the second end of the foil, which is located on top of all layers.
It remains to roll the structure into a tube, and our battery will be completely ready. According to the author, this is the most crucial stage and you need to minimize it very carefully. It should also be noted that before using such batteries, they need to be dipped in an acid or alkaline solution. The author of the idea, for example, uses a mixture of ordinary water and salt.
The author’s test showed that three of these batteries can easily cope with a radio receiver.
