If you want to do something do it yourself for your child, and you don’t know what, I will show you one version of a wooden puzzle in the form of a snowflake. Making a puzzle is not difficult if you worked with wood. She won’t smell like all kinds of rubbish, like shopping.
Necessary materials and tools:
- a piece of paper
- light pen
- board
- jigsaw or band saw
- pva glue
- sandpaper
- paints
Step 1: First you need to draw a beautiful symmetric snowflake. If you can’t draw it by hand, you can print it on a printer and circle all the lines well with a pen.
Step 2: Then select a flat board and a little sandpaper, the place where you will stick a snowflake. Next, glue the snowflake with pva glue.
Step 3: After the snowflake has stuck, we cut out all parts of the snowflake with a band saw. If you don’t have it, be patient and cut it with a manual jigsaw.
Step 4: We carefully clean the details of the snowflake with sandpaper so as not to get a splinter during assembly.
