Everyone loves in a relaxed atmosphere to drink a cup of coffee at the original table made do it yourself.

Metal parts cleaning
Since most of the rudders that can be reached are in poor condition, the main task is to clean it of dirt and rust.
Using a grinding machine, all rust can be removed. Using a wrench, we remove the inner plate of the steering wheel and get two separate pieces of metal. Clean the rust from these two parts using a grinder.
Reconstruction of wooden sections of the steering wheel
After cleaning the surface of the metal with adhesive tape, glue the fabric flaps, then tear them off, thus cleaning the wooden surface.
Glass worktop preparation
You need to order a countertop larger than the steering wheel. Put it on the table leg. Mark the holes and drill.
Create a table base
The table should be approximately 40 cm high, you can shorten the available material of a suitable size (the foot from the billiard table was used in the photo) and attach the base to it.
We make a leg
We cut out a circle from the fabric, which corresponds to the diameter of the base, glue it. We fix the thick rope with nails, grease the base with super glue and lay it in a spiral.
Final assembly
Pour resin into the holes of the metal plate, then insert the bolts and tighten them. Gently turn the table over and let the resin dry.
