Great idea for indoor plant lovers. In this workshop we will make wall pots. Everyone can make such pots, do it yourself in home conditions.
Necessary materials and tools:
- PVC pipe
- board
- carpentry glue
- brackets for paintings
- plants
- electric jigsaw
- ruler
- marker
- hacksaw
- drill
- clamp
Step-by-step manufacturing:
Step 1: First you need to cut the PVC pipe in half. To do this, use a pencil to mark along the axis on both sides of the pipe and cut it out with an electric jigsaw. In this case, we use a pipe with a diameter of 8 inches. But you can use a pipe with a different diameter.
Step 2: Next, measure out the necessary height of future peas and cut off the excess.
Step 3: Cut the blanks with a primer.
Step 4: From any board we cut two blanks with dimensions of 25 × 30 cm (base) and 25 × 12 (lower part). Then using carpentry glue and self-tapping screws we fix two workpieces at a right angle. For more information, see the photo.
Step 5: So that the bottom of the pot does not protrude beyond the wall, we make markings along the contour of the pipe so that then it can be sawed with a jigsaw.
Step 6: Using glue, glue the half of the pipe to the wooden base. And clamp with a clamp.
The main work has been done, it remains to paint the pot in the desired color and fix the brackets to the back.
The wall pot is ready.
