I think everyone faced such a problem when a bright and durable flashlight is suddenly needed at home. Such a durable and bright flashlight can be made do it yourself in home conditions, the body of which will be made of copper pipes.
Necessary materials and tools:
- copper tubes
- copper couplings
- sandpaper;

- polyurethane varnish
- wooden stub
Step-by-step manufacturing:
Step 1: First, prepare the case, that is, copper tubes. To give them a more beautiful look, you first need to sand it with sandpaper, and then rub it with a piece of wool.
Step 2: We collect the LEDs. We solder LEDs to the base in the form of a star, as well as two wires that need to be connected to a power source.
Step 3: We disassemble the old flashlight. From it, you only need a button to turn it on and off. Since the diameter of our pipe and the diameter of the flashlight are the same, this button will work perfectly. Insert it.
Step 4: Next, connect the wires to the power source. To do this, cut out the plug from the tree and make a small groove for the wire. We attach the batteries to the plug and solder the wires of the LEDs.
Step 5: We make a battery compartment. A plastic tube with a suitable diameter is perfect for this. We insert it between the button and the cap.
Step 6: Putting the case together. We insert a lens and batteries.
Step 7: Since copper is easily oxidized and acquires different properties, we rub the case with a piece of wool and cover it with polyurethane varnish.
A flashlight from copper pipes is ready.
