Stencils and templates are very often used by people who are passionate about creativity. The author of this idea shares with us recommendations for the manufacture of such a necessary thing. In this case, the author puts the patterned drawings on the pillowcase to decorate the pillows, but you can use such a pattern as you wish. The manufacturing process itself is not very time consuming and does not require much time. Everything is extremely simple, and the result is simply amazing.
To get started, we will prepare everything that we need in the process of work:
1. A wooden rolling pin of the right size. It should not be thin, otherwise the drawing on it can be placed only in a small format.
2. A small piece of foamed PVC.
3. A collet knife or an ordinary small thin and sharpened knife.
4. Printed on a printer drawing of a future stencil. In this case, this is a floral print, but you can choose patterns and drawings as you wish.
5. Paint for the fabric (in this case, in your version, start from what surface you plan to apply prints to).
6. A small paint roller.
7. Ballpoint pen.
8. Pillowcase for pillows (according to the author’s idea, you choose the surface as you wish)

We take a piece of PVC, put under it the previously selected and printed on the printer drawing of the future stencil and draw around the outline of the drawing with a ballpoint pen, thus transferring the drawing to PVC.

Using wet wipes, we remove possible flaws in the figure transferred to the PVC sheet.
3 step.
Using a collet knife, we carefully and carefully cut out a template from a PVC sheet.
4 step.
Spread the rolling pin with universal glue and glue the cut out pattern. Let the glue dry for several hours.
5 step.
Then with a roller, evenly apply fabric paint to the drawing located on the rolling pin.

We spread the pillowcase on a perfectly flat surface, make sure that wrinkles and creases do not form on the fabric. Now we roll a rolling pin with a pattern on the surface of the fabric.
