We continue the theme of improvised weapons. This time we present to your attention a review of a video on making a homemade gas rifle. Note that, according to the author of the video, a repetition of what he saw can be hazardous to health, so we would like to separately warn that the review is written solely for educational purposes.

We will need:
- wooden hanger;
- siphon for water aeration;
- jigsaw;
- battery lighter;
- miniature battery-powered compressor;
- polypropylene pipe;
- cardboard sheet
First of all, you need to take care of the handle, which will be made of a hanger. To do this, take a jigsaw and round off the middle part of the hanger.
Next, you need to make a hole at the bottom of the siphon and insert the metal part of the lighter into this hole.
The rest of the lighter can be secured to the handle by lengthening the wires.
The author of the idea decided to add automatic air blowing to the rifle using a miniature battery-powered compressor. Such compressors were used to supply air to the aquarium.
We fix the compressor on the handle of the rifle, and we introduce the tube into the siphon.
We proceed to the manufacture of the barrel, which will be made of a polypropylene tube. We make a small incision on it to charge darts.
We turn a cardboard sheet into a tube to get a shutter.
The tube that the author used very tightly entered the neck of the bottle. In this case, there is no need for additional sealing, which is very important.
Finally, regular medical alcohol can be used as an igniter, which must be sprayed into a siphon using a regular spray. The main thing here is not to overdo it with alcohol, because due to the explosion, the bottle can burst and cause harm to health.

The author’s test of the rifle showed that it easily penetrates chipboard through, which is another evidence in favor of its power.
