I present to you the simplest programmer for PIC-controllers. This programmer consists of very readily available materials, and most importantly, it does not have any microcircuits that need to be flashed, just soldered and you can work.

But for these programmers to work, you need a computer with a COM port, laptops are not suitable, look for an old system unit.

In the photo of the part with the designation 5.6v and 12.6v - this is STABILITRON (as it is called in the store)

This programmer can flash many PIC microcontrollers, the programmer already has sockets for the most common microcontrollers, such as: pic12F675 (629) pic16F628, just insert them into the sockets and that's it, you can flash it.

You need to work with this programmer in the IC Prog program.

About zener diodes can be omitted, just for 45 years of amateurism, I have never seen such denominations. So, the conductor cut off from the 17th leg, from 15 switched to 14. It seems to have earned. True, through the third time for the fourth. But, in the firmware PIC16F628A (new), it reads only zeros. Moreover, the second instance is the same. The COM port gives out 11.2 V. I am surprised that the photo of the printed circuit board has the same jambs as in the diagram.
