Today we will tell you how to make a wonderful music column from ... a beer can. Such device very convenient at work, and in training, and in the garage. This column can be put in a bag, backpack, it takes up a minimum of space.
But first you need to stock up on all the necessary tools and materials.
You will need:
- tin beer can,
- leatherette for sheathing,
- 8 screws
- scissors for metal,
- old columns
- soldering iron
- drill
- glue,
- a screwdriver.
As a body for the column we take a beer can (1 l). Such a jar will be more reliable, because it has a thicker metal than smaller relatives. Now you need to cut out two “windows” for the old speakers in the bank. Fig. 2
So that the appearance of the jar was not intimidating, glue the jar with leather substitute. Fig. 3
Now you need to parse the old columns. To do this, you need to carefully remove the entire filling of the columns and adjust them to fit the new speaker case. Fig. 4
Next, adjust the volume control for the speaker. You need to take it to the top. To do this, first unsolder it, drill a suitable hole, and use the wires to bring the regulator out. Fig. 5
Now the turn has come to the speakers. It is necessary to outline the places where you will drill holes to fix them. Make two more holes below (through them you will output wires to the network and a plug for connecting either a telephone or a player). Now fasten the filling with two screws, and some of its parts with double-sided tape. Attach the speakers with two screws. This is what Fig. 6, 7
