Until about the 90s of the last century, the "Tyrolean stick" almost disappeared from the arsenals of Siberian fishermen. In those years, it was fashionable to use a running donka or "bastard." Nevertheless, in connection with the mass distribution of letterheads, braided lines, branded gear and inertialess coils, the situation has changed a bit. The popularity of the "Tyrolean wand" began to return under the new name - "Tyrol".
To date, such a tackle as the Tyrolean stick is considered the most massive tackle for grayling in 300 km of Yenisei, which is located slightly below the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric station. Now spinners-spinners are hard to imagine how you can fish in mountainous rocky rivers without "tyrolka".

- PVC pipe (it can be a sheath of fiber optic or any other cable, you can also use a brake pipe for KAMAZ or you can take an air pipe, etc.). The length of the tube should be approximately 25-35 centimeters, and the diameter is 5-7-8-10 millimeters.
- Steel or lead cylindrical sinker, necessarily suitable diameter.
So, for starters, you need to heat the pipe on gas and put it on the load.
After the tube cools down, it will shrink and sit firmly on it.
Next, the opposite end of the tube must be heated and squeezed with a pair of pliers to completely stick together. Thanks to the work done, air remains in the tube.
There are also manufacturing options for this assembly with tube sealing using cold welding, foam balls, molten plastic, etc. There are also such fishermen who do not seal the tubes at all, they believe that buoyancy is enough without it.
Next, you need to punch and process the holes.
Nowadays, with the help of a modern stationery and reel, casts can be cast above hundreds of meters, which, in principle, is not achievable for a bulldozer with an inertial coil.
