So we need:
- glue gun;
- juice straw;
- stationery knife;
- 2 large syringes.
We take the first syringe and cut off the nozzle at the very base.
Next, make a hole between marks 5 and 10.
Now the nozzle, which we cut off at the very beginning, needs to be glued to the hole. This must be done very carefully so that you do not accidentally seal the hole.
Next, take the second syringe. It must be glued to the place where the nose of the first syringe was. According to the author, a regular connection will let air through, so be sure to use glue for better sealing.
Pneumatics is ready. You can use it in two ways: either stick a tube and shoot balls, or do without a tube and shoot cartridges made of needles.
With the first option, everything is clear, so let's move on to the manufacture of cartridges from needles. This is done very simply. We take a needle and put it on any syringe.
We put the tip of the needle into the on and hot glue gun and pull the piston, thereby sucking in a certain amount of glue.
After some time, the glue hardens and closes the hole on the needle, preventing air from leaving it.
To shoot from home-made pneumatics, you need to put a sealed needle on the nozzle of the syringe and pull the piston of the second syringe. Next, push the piston of the first syringe so that it closes the hole behind the needle and press on the second piston. Thus, pressure is created. For firing, you just need to release the piston that closes the hole.
