We cut the squares out of colored paper and decorate the sail of the serpent with them.
Make two holes with a toothpick in the middle, left and right of the ridge.
Cut a piece of twine and tie the sticks in the center of the sail.
Tie the twine to the upper corners of the sail and connect to the center. Like in the photo.
Attach the twine roll for the snake handle.
Glue two tails to the sail. They are important. Tails help the kite stay in the air.
