So, to make a pen, we need:
- 3 sleeves;
- copper tube;
- heat shrink;
- ball pen
- drill;
- metal drill
- file.
According to the author, a copper tube can be easily removed from an old refrigerator.
First of all, it is necessary to drill holes in two sleeves so that it is possible to assemble them into one design. After this, two drilled sleeves and one whole should remain.
Next, you need to measure the copper tube to make an imitation of a bullet from it.
Next, cut a small piece from the copper tube, slightly round it with a file and grind at the second end so that the bullet is inserted into the sleeve.
Next, we disassemble the ballpoint pen and pull out the rod.
We put heat shrink on the rod and burn it several times so that the heat-shrink rod fits very tightly into the sleeves. Do not forget to also put on the tip of the rod a bullet that was made from a copper tube.
Let's start assembling the handle. We put on the first sleeve by inserting a bullet with the tip of the rod into it. For greater resistance, the bullet to the sleeve can be additionally glued with superglue.
We put the next sleeve on the back, gluing to the first lens.
Finally, insert the third lens, glue and enjoy our original homemade.
