Many fishermen have noticed that if the fish bite poorly when using regular jigs, it begins to take more actively when the size of the bait is reduced. It was in this way that such a kind of fishing as nanojig was born. But making a smaller bait is not so bad, because you also need to reduce weight. So the author came up with the idea to create new mormyshki for nano-firing from balls, which are used when fishing by fly fishing.

Materials and tools:
- fly balls;
- hooks (Thin, but strong and sharp. Such hooks as Penny, Hook, Pin Hook and others are great);
- soldering iron, solder, acid for soldering;
- pliers.
Manufacturing process
Step one. Ball Matching
Fly fishing balls are varied. They differ in size, weight and type of metal. It can be tungsten or brass. Tungsten will cost more, but they are heavier than brass with the same volume, and the size here is of paramount importance. You can find such balls in any fishing store. Here, everyone chooses the right weight and diameter.
Step Two Soldering Mormyshek
Perhaps this is the most important and crucial moment in the manufacture of mormyshki. You need to arm yourself with a soldering iron, acid, pliers and solder the hook to the ball. First, the hook is inserted into the hole of the ball or fastened in a longitudinal section, here everyone decides for himself what is more convenient for anyone. Also, if desired, you can make an additional bend of the hook ear.
Before soldering, the hook and ball are thoroughly wetted with acid to solder ferrous metals, since the solder adheres to tungsten quite poorly. It is necessary to ensure that molten metal fills the hole. To prevent the ear of the hook from soldering, you can insert a needle or a thin wire into it.
If the purchased balls turned out to be painted, in places of soldering the paint must be removed, as the solder does not stick to the ball. This can be done with fine sandpaper or file.
That's all, the tackle is ready.
Step Three Debugging and equipment
If desired, the ball can be painted in any color as desired. But personally, the author is skeptical of this moment. Now all you have to do is put on a silicone bait and the tackle for nano-firing is ready for testing.
The resulting mormyshki will be much better and cheaper than purchased. Such a bait will allow you to actively catch not only perch, but also white fish.
