Prior to this windmill, a horizontal wind generator was made from cycling motor wheels. The wind generator promised to be good, and even in a small wind the voltage rose to 20 volts, but when it was faked, when installed on the mast, the whole structure jumped off and collapsed to the ground. At the same time, the motor-wheel was badly damaged, his axle was broken. In general, for bicycle motor wheels, the axis is very weak, the diameter is only 14 mm, and even inside there is a hole for wires. Scooter wheel motors are better suited.
After some time, it was possible to purchase a burnt scooter motor wheel, which was rewound for a vertical wind generator.

The wind generator generated in the middle wind a charging current of up to 3A on an alkaline battery NK55. This design also survived a strong wind. The wind was such that several trees fell in the park, and my windmill resisted, which means the construction turned out to be reliable. The basis of the windmill is assembled on the hub from the GAZ55, although it is tightly twirled, but with a margin of safety. The hub is welded by welding to the end of the mast pipe. The size of the rotor of the wind generator 1 * 1.6m. mast 9 meters high. In the photographs, I think all the moments of the assembly are clearly visible.
