Making a mini bugle

In this review, we want to share with you the wonderful idea of ​​making a miniature hearth in home conditions.

So, for the manufacture of a mini-horn, we need:
- a hacksaw;
- two silicate bricks (refractory bricks);
- drill 8 mm and a length of 15 cm with a winning tip;
- 2 hairpins on 8 mm 21 cm long;
- 4 nuts and washers per 8 mm;
- 2 circular saws with a diameter of 26 and 63 mm;
- square;
- gas-burner;
- drill.

The first step is to cut two bricks into two parts. The author, for example, uses bricks 25 cm long. When dividing such a brick into two parts, each part should have a length of 12.5 cm.

Cut the bricks with a hacksaw.

Of the four halves, we need three.

In two of them, we make through holes with a circular saw with a diameter of 63 mm.

The resulting blanks are put on the third half and using a drill we make two through holes close to the corners.

Let's move on to the assembly. To do this, insert the studs into the holes made, put on the washers and tighten the nuts.

Between the first and second bricks with 63 mm through holes we make a hole on the side with a 26 mm diameter circular saw.

The miniature bugle is ready. It works according to the following principle. Before work, you need to set fire to the burner and insert it into the hole on the side. In front, any metal that needs to be split should be inserted into the hearth.
