The authors of this all-terrain vehicle have long had thoughts to create a car that would satisfy all the requirements of the average layman of remote regions. What was needed was a car that was both stable and characterized by increased cross-country ability. Therefore, it was decided to try their hand at such a production and create an all-wheel drive all-terrain vehicle BUNCH.

The differential was brewed, since if you do not brew, the patency suffers. Sometimes this is solved by installing self-locking, but it only works at the moment at high engine speeds, at low speeds its usefulness is doubtful.

There is a preload coupling, it connects the axle shafts with a certain force and, when the force is exceeded, the axle shafts rotate relative to each other, and the mechanism works like a normal screw lock.

that is, it eliminates the occurrence of peak loads in the transmission of the car and on the steering wheel, and also allows self-locking to fire earlier at low speeds.

And in a situation where the moment is absent on one rotating wheel, it makes it possible to reliably connect the second wheel of the same axis to work, that is, for example, when one wheel is in the air due to terrain conditions and is not experiencing a load.

Basically, such specialized smoblocks are installed only on the rear axle of an all-terrain vehicle.

Special vehicles were made for the all-terrain vehicle trailersIn the future they are planned to be equipped with an awning for the possibility of storing the all-terrain vehicle directly on them.

The disks were specially made for Trekol tires, a distinctive feature of such disks is the simplicity and ease of inflation and pressure release from the tires.

The whole scheme of work is organized quite simply, the work takes place without breaking the cables, as the adjustment does not go astray, and accordingly the gear changes are carried out clearly, the inclusion of speeds is felt. while there is no cottoniness, but turning it on anyway is pretty easy.

Drawstring and wire rope were bought together, complete with a mounting bracket in a kit from Cherie Tigot, the new kit cost relatively cheap for only about 3,500 rubles. The same set is in the Daewoo Matiz, but there is a difference in that the backstage course is less and setting the fifth gear on the all-terrain vehicle is problematic. The author did not meet other cars with a complete set of cables and backstage sold to them.

The arrangement of the gear steps differs from the classic vase, but does not cause inconvenience. The increase in gears occurs from left to right, the difference is that the first gear is reverse.

According to the results of construction and weighing, the mass of the all-terrain vehicle turned out to be about one ton, which is acceptable for an all-terrain vehicle with a carrying capacity of up to 500 kilograms on land and 300 kilograms on water. The all-terrain vehicle accommodates from three to five passengers.

The fuel tank is designed for 20 liters of fuel, while the fuel consumption is from 15 to 30 liters per hundred kilometers, depending on conditions and road surface.

The approximate cost of all costs for an all-terrain vehicle amounted to 500 thousand rubles.
