All terrain vehicle Svyatogor 4x4 based on the Oka has an independent suspension of the front and rear wheels, as well as steering the rear wheels, which significantly increases its off-road patency.

The author began work on the transmission of an all-terrain vehicle:
Initially, the all-terrain vehicle was on cameras from the t-150, but then the author peeled the tires from the Urals to fit his needs.
A two-cylinder engine was installed. It is located along the frame of the all-terrain vehicle. the differential is pre-brewed.
For the manufacture of the frame, approximately 12 meters of pipe profile 60 by 40, another three meters 40 by 25 and three meters 10 by 10 were required.
The design of the crosspiece and the CV joint are perfectly matched, thanks to this arrangement there is no noise or vibration. At first, the author used semi-axes oki, but they are too weak for an SUV and it was decided to abandon them after several breakdowns. Therefore, the semi-axes were then made from the axes of the cornfield, they are thicker and therefore stronger.
Since the weight of the pneumatic all-terrain vehicle based on the oka is very small, the racks actually do not work, but the blocking of the oka bridge helps with the diagonal balance. The steering turned out to be very sensitive, especially noticeable at high speeds.
For welding discs, rings from GAZ were used. The originally installed wheel from the t-150 weighed 40 kilograms, which is much lighter than the wheel from the urals, which was installed on the all-terrain vehicle in the future.

The weight of the car turned out to be small: the body of the oki is about 645 kilograms, plus four wheels in a total of 200 kilograms, another frame is about 70 kilograms, gearboxes, drives, etc. with a total weight of 100 kilograms. That is, the total weight of the complete machine is about one ton or even less.

As you can see, the turning radius on the all-terrain vehicle is not large, which allows maneuvering on narrow forest roads.engine power is enough to climb any slide even with four passengers on board.
On the road surface it easily accelerates to 60 kilometers per hour, it is possible to accelerate even more, but it becomes difficult to drive. therefore, the author prefers to limit the speed.
But it also accelerated along a frozen lake to 80 km / h, since it is relatively safer there. fuel consumption on this machine is especially pleasing, only 5-6 liters per hundred kilometers. for an all-terrain vehicle, these numbers are very impressive.
