A great option for a pneumatic ATV with an engine capacity of 150 cm3. The bridges of this all-terrain vehicle are made on a balanced suspension. Doing this all-terrain vehicle the author wanted to achieve excellent quality not only in the internal components of the machine, but also in its external perception.
Materials and assemblies used in the construction of the all-terrain vehicle:

Consider the main stages of the assembly of this all-terrain vehicle.
For starters, wheels were prepared for the all-terrain vehicle. For this, the tires from the An-26 were cut and lightened, as well as two cameras of the type one in the other installed in them.
Then the author began work on the frame of the machine and the installation of the main units:
The all-terrain vehicle uses a chain transmission on chains from Izh. From the engine there is a leading star with 44 teeth, a star with 14 teeth is installed on the box.

The front axle was made without suspension, since the power of the engine used is not large and the author tried to make the all-terrain vehicle as light as possible. In addition, at low speeds, the suspension of the front axle is not so necessary.
After assembling the frame and installing the main power units and assemblies, the author proceeded to install the wheels on an all-terrain vehicle.
Casting from a Mercedes 240 mm wide was used as the discs; the kit was purchased for just three thousand.
Wheel tires were processed from the inside: the first layer of glue of the moment type in banks of one kilogram, as well as two layers of rubber diluted with gasoline.
The all-terrain vehicle has the following dimensions: the axle base is 190 centimeters, the width of the car on wheels is about 180 centimeters, the assembly weight is 300 kilograms. The all-terrain vehicle feels great both on land and on water.
It is also planned to add glass and mudguards with an awning, and subsequently install rubber KF-97 on an all-terrain vehicle.
As a result, the author turned out to be a very beautiful and fairly reliable all-terrain vehicle. The minimum speed of the all-terrain vehicle is 1.5 km per hour, the maximum speed is 35 kilometers per hour.
