Deckchair, table and bench for the bath. Step-by-step manufacturing

Step-by-step manufacturing of a deck chair 2.1 m long, 0.6 m wide, 0.465 m high, tables and benches for a bath.

Manufacturing procedure

Procurement of material. It is better to use oak with a board thickness of 0.05 m. First you need to make and glue the workpieces of the legs of the table and deck chair, then grind and saw them.

Leg length: 0.45 m, square 80 * 80 mm.

The legs of the table have the same shape as the deck chair, their length is 0.74 m.

After grooving, mark the eyelets for the spikes for their subsequent hollowing.

Then deal with the structural elements, due to which the product frame is assembled, with dimensions in the end section 100 * 40, the length depends on the dimensions. Spikes are milled with a circular saw.

Next, you need to assemble the frame for glue and clamps.

The next step is the creation of a tabletop and planks for a deck chair.

On a deck chair, 600 * 40 * 15 rails and several blocks for adjusting the headrest are needed.

Including, in this set there are workpiece benches (see photo below) from 2 side elements, a solid seat, a back.

After polishing, it is necessary to paint everything, for example with a water-based stain.
