Hello to all the inhabitants of our sites, in our time there are many devices that fully satisfy our needs, but sometimes it happens that some of them still have to be redone due to inconvenience, in particular this applies to the headphone plug when its base is straight and does not give comfortable use, for example, when lying In this article I will tell you how to make your headphones more convenient by creating a 90 degree angled plug.
First of all, we need materials that every lover can craft, this:
* Headphones, the plug of which is direct and necessary in the alteration.
* Soldering iron and accessories, flux and solder.
* Wire, about 0.2-0.3 mm thick.
* Cutter or clerical knife.
* Hot melt adhesive.
* Any audio device to test.
* Plug from a broken Beats Audio headphone or similar.
The first step is to cut the headphone plug from Beats Audio, carefully open it with a cutter, you can use a clerical knife. The plug must be cut at the junction, try not to overdo it, since the knife is very sharp, after everything is carefully cut, you need to separate both parts, the rubber base of the plug slightly holds them.
The next step, we cut off the direct plug of our headphones, do not be afraid, all for the sake of science and convenience, now it will no longer be useful to us.
Then we expose the wires, there will be 4 of them, two of them are of the same color, we weave them together, this is a common wire (mass).
After that, we tin with the help of rosin and a soldering iron of the wire, they should look something like in the photo, do not cost plenty to tin them, since there will be very little space in the plug case.
After our headphones are deprived of the plug, let's start soldering the wires to a new convenient jack. In order for the headphones to be perceived in any audio device, we need a contact located in the middle to solder with the bottom using a jumper or thin wiring.
Then we solder the mass to the lowest contact, red in the middle and blue on the top.
Until completion homemade we need to fit everything into the previous case, with the help of hot glue we fix the wires firmly and let the glue cool.
In order to make the design even stronger I used the wire, I wrapped it around the plug, I need to wind it tightly to the coil, so the design turned out to be strong and reliable.
