Gyroscope from a computer hard drive

In this review we want to show you an interesting idea of making a simple gyroscope from an old computer hard drive.

Let's start by watching a video from the author

[media = https: //www.youtube.com/watch? v = AmVqqrfIxyQ]

We need:
- 3-4 hard drives;
- screwdriver;
- 12 volt power supply.

The first step is to unscrew the six screws that secure the hard drive cover and remove the cover itself.

Next, remove the block of magnetic heads.

We unscrew the four screws that hold the metal disk.

We remove the disk. Such disks need 7.

We put 7 disks removed from other HDDs on the axis, put the washer in place and tighten the screws.

We turn on the power and enjoy the work of our simple gyroscope.

Great invented! Eh, still to come up with a practical application. Surely it is, and probably not one, you just need to think carefully.
