Hello dear friends, today I will tell you how to make an all-wheel drive machine. Such a machine is not difficult to manufacture and you can assemble it practically from improvised materials. This machine will be able to please your children if you make it to them.
Necessary materials:
- plywood
- motor
- switch
- battery
- crown battery
- wires
- covers
- glue
- barbecue stick
- screws or bolts
- thick cardboard
- gum
Step 1: First, you need to choose plywood, I took 3. Next, according to the drawing, we cut out the frame we need.
Step 2: Then we take a tin can and cut 4 pieces from it, 30 * 20 mm in size.
Step 3: Next, bend the workpieces in half at an angle of 90 °. Then we drill holes in the blanks, as shown in the photo.
Step 4: We fasten the blanks on the machine frame. You can fasten it with screws, having previously shortened them. I chose the little bolts.
Step 5: Take the motor and make a nozzle on it. I made it from thick cardboard. Using a hole punch, I made such billets of different diameters (see photo), and glued them together. If you do not have such a hole punch, you can cut the nozzle out of a piece of pencil.
Step 6: Take a barbecue stick, and make 2 pieces of 90 mm in size from it.
Step 7: Then we cut 8 blanks, 4 blanks with a diameter of 20 mm from thick cardboard. and 4 blanks with a diameter of 30 mm. We drill holes in the workpiece, the diameter should match the diameter of the barbecue skewers.
Step 8: Glue the blanks. I have thin cardboard, so I glued two small pieces together, and 2 large ones between them. In total, we should get 2 parts.
Step 9: On the frame we need to cut cuts under the elastic bands.
Step 10: Cut out the fasteners under the motor from the can. And fasten it to the frame, as shown in the photo.
Step 11: Remove the crown from the old battery.
Step 12: Then we solder the wires according to the scheme.
Step 13: Assembling Parts
Step 14: Glue the wheels.
Step 15: Connect the battery, and the four-wheel drive machine is ready!
