It was a long time ago, the telly was still not smart, but already with HDMI. I turned up on the occasion of a working laptop without a matrix, with broken loops, but with HDMI and Wi-Fi, I had to buy a wireless keyboard + mouse kit. It is bad that in a TV set the frame rate is sometimes not enough.
So connect the keyboard and mouse to the TV set, no? I have done so. The only "inconvenience" is that smart TVs only support 2.4 GHz wireless keyboard mice ... There is, of course, a minus in the fact that you won’t stick the usual "Windows" browsers in the TV set. I have to use the "Linux" one that is in it ... But the current Opera, Google-Chrome, Yandex-browser, for example, also, after all, "for one person")))) And it looks like a TV browser .. ..))))

Despite all the bells and whistles of today, nothing more convenient than the keyboard and mouse for communicating with a computer (TV), I personally do not know. That is why this design was created.

Right! It’s more convenient to lie down
So this, most likely, is not being done for work .... I also collected a small system unit for each TV.True, I used power supplies from laptops, motherboards "micro ATX" and solid-state HDDs - all this doesn’t sound at all. I then had one computer in the house as a server with huge memory, I hid it on such a "system" near each TV and, naturally, connected it all to a network. This was done for multimedia. It was possible in any room to run on any TV set any file from any computer in the house, or go to the Internet from them ...
But that was a long time ago - in the days of plasma TVs and slow ADSL. Then came the smart TVs with browsers, DLNA technology and the Home Media Server program .... And it all disappeared.
It will be uncomfortable to sit there)
