A drill was needed to clean and deepen the drainage in the cellar, as a pipe was installed in the drainage; it required the manufacture of a new nozzle for a smaller diameter hand drill.
On a metal sheet, 2 mm., Set the core and draw a circle with the caliper of the desired size. Then cut a circle along the line and draw 2 perpendicular lines passing through the center.
Cut the circle into 2 halves
Putting it together, line up
Clamp in a vise. For the central axis, cut a piece of profile pipe, 150 mm long. and sides 20x20 mm.
Having installed the pipe end-face on the upper half of the semicircle, we outline the perimeter of the resulting triangle.
When installing the pipe, attention should be paid to: coincidence with a slice of the opposite corners of the pipe and coincidence of the vertex with a perpendicular line on the semicircle. He inflicted risks and cut out the resulting triangle.
As a result, I received 3 components.
Clutching the pipe in a vice, set the first semicircle to the pipe with a transverse inclination
"Grabbed" by welding
This, selected, angle should be 90 degrees. After installation and “tacking” of the second half, I thoroughly welded both semicircles.
For the guide took a bar of 10 mm.
And at the end of the pipe I cut corners.
Cutting to the required length, the rod is inserted into the pipe and welded. To connect with the extension cord, I drilled a hole for an 8 mm bolt.
Extension cord - profile pipe 25x25 mm.
The knob was previously welded from the same components.
In fact, it turned out a manual drill with two extensions, a total length of 3.4 m., And two interchangeable "milling cutters": 160 and 140 mm.
"Frezoy" 160 mm. drilled holes to a depth of 2.3 m. under the piles of the house.
I wish you all good thoughts and golden hands!
