For the manufacture of the author used the following materials:
1) Wires
2) Soldering iron and solder
3) Cigarette lighter adapter
4) Wrench
5) And the cigarette lighter itself, in which we will insert USB-charging

Of course, for starters, you need to remove any front seat with a wrench and make room for wires from below.

Now you need to remove the rear panel of the seat in order to make a hole for USB charging.
