DIY juicer

Today in supermarkets there is a great variety of all kinds of juices and other products, but to put it mildly, they are thoroughly saturated with chemistry and this is very mildly said. With the development of mankind, chemistry is increasingly coming into our lives. Chemistry is everywhere now and everywhere, but undoubtedly it is certainly convenient when, for example, juice can be stored for a couple of years and does not go bad. It is interesting to whom such storage is beneficial, naturally not to the consumer.

The manufacturer hides all the secrets under a beautiful cover, looking for his own benefit, and people's health is their own business. To drink or not to drink is the question))). Many people will naturally agree that juice squeezed from their apples, pears or berries is very beneficial for the body. Squeezed juice does not contain a drop of chemistry, only vitamins and fructose that are useful for life.

In people with household plots, cottages the question always arises where to put a large number of apples or pears, which often disappear simply without work. Of course, there is a solution that you need to squeeze out delicious and healthy juice from the country fruit. You can drink fresh or canned and stocked for good. But how wonderful it will be to open a jar of delicious and healthy homemade juice on a cold winter evening.

Since ancient times, people have been using all kinds of juice to extract juice. fixtures. In our time, a huge variety of different juicers, various brands and brands. This is all of course good, but it all costs money and sometimes not small.

So how to be a simple person? Of course do it yourself. So our author decided to make a juicer do it yourselffrom what he had in the garage. What will our designer need to realize his idea.

Materials: stainless steel sheet, channel, 16 mm pipe, threaded rod, nut, board 30 mm.
Instruments: welding machine, drill, grinder, hammer, hacksaw, jigsaw.

First, the author sawed a stainless steel in size and marked out places for future holes and started drilling.

Pay attention after drilling holes the author makes their countersink, that is, with a larger diameter drill makes drilling the surface of the hole, but not to the end so that the hole turns out under the cone.

Through these openings, the juice will go outside and drain onto the pallet then through the gutter into the vessel. Then he proceeds to make the frame, for this he takes the channel and saws to the specified dimensions.

When the bed is ready to begin manufacturing the squeezing chamber, where the process will take place. To do this, the resulting mesh is bent into a cylinder and welds the seam.

The bed is ready.

Next, the author proceeds to the manufacture of a protective casing, this part serves to ensure that the juice is not sprayed, but flows down evenly onto the receiving tray and flows down the groove into the container.

The author, as can be seen in the photo, also bent a cylinder of a larger diameter from the stainless steel sheet than the squeezing chamber and boiled the seam. Then a screw press was made.

I also made a round wooden lining for a screw press, this can be seen in the photo below near the press lies separately.

That's essentially all the juicer with your own hands is ready. Now the author will squeeze and drink natural juice and stock up on this product for future use and enjoy the natural product until the new crop.

In general, I have a base made of concrete - in the form of something like a classic well, only inside the stainless steel "pan" is walled up with a drain pipe, and instead of racks - channels with a bridge. Inside I put a smaller pan with vertical slots on the sides, in it - crushed fruit. I cover it with an oak circle and crush it with a hydraulic jack, putting it on a circle. From above it rests against a jumper. If there is little fruit, there are jack stands. Twenty-ton apples are compressed into an almost dry "pill", which is then difficult to chop with an ax)))))
Yes, the cost of its manufacture is not small. There is a significant drawback, for the operation of such an aggregate, it must be securely fixed somewhere. It won’t work on the table, you just won’t be able to turn the press screw. It is simpler and more convenient to use a vertical mechanical jack (such as from a Lada). With which even a woman can handle. What is not less important.

It can be seen that he did not do it at home and did not use his instrument .. Well, how many cobalt drums did he become for him?)))))
