Each summer resident is concerned about the issue related to the ventilation of the cellar premises where vegetables, jam fruits and pickles are stored. Often moisture and moisture accumulate in the cellar, which adversely affects the supplies stored there. The simple design of the hood does not always help.
A similar problem occurs with the country toilet, only here is the smell. For the fight against such shortcomings in the design, forced ventilation can help, but for its smooth operation, electricity will be required, and it costs money by itself, and it happens with us that not all dachas have such happiness.
The author thought about how to be in this situation and where to find a solution to the current problem. And the answer was found on the Internet, he went to see if there were like-minded people on the World Wide Web, it turned out that he was not alone and there were people who managed to solve this problem once and for all using an alternative energy source.
The principle of this device is quite simple - the wind rotates the vane blades along the axis, the torque is transmitted to the impeller, which performs the role of forced ventilation, while rotating it draws air from the room through the pipe. Having taken this development as an idea, he decided to bring it to life for ventilation of his cellar. And so what will the author need to create a weather vane.
Materials: sewer pipe tee, plug, galvanized sheet, plywood, steel wire,
Instruments: jigsaw, pliers, metal scissors.
And so the author first makes the vane blades and then cuts the exhaust impeller from galvanized metal. A trefoil was cut out of plywood with a jigsaw.
Then he made the tail of the weather vane, and cut out such a decorative cat
And now, having assembled everything in a single design, you can use it for its intended purpose.
Now the author’s cellar has forced ventilation and the toilet in the country also got an alternative hood.
