Basically, the construction comes from modern materials, lighter, and faster in terms of construction. More and more people are using the latest technology to create a universal building material. Such materials include, for example, a foam block or a gas silicate block. Also on the market recently appeared such material as a SIP panel, consisting of several parts, a kind of cake. The first layer is the OSB plate, then glue is applied in the form of a mounting foam, and a thick layer of foam is laid on it, a layer of foam is obtained between the two particle boards, and as we know this material is a very good insulation, and a sound absorber. Also, these panels are relatively light, and the strength of a small team of 3 people.

The author decided to build a small and comfortable house from these panels at his dacha. He was attracted to this type of construction - the short construction of walls and roofs. The design itself is very lightweight and does not require a capital foundation, enough screw piles are enough, which again shortens the construction time.
