I’ve been baking bread in a bread machine (the simplest and cheapest) for about 2 years already. 10 minutes for preparing and laying the components is already done almost automatically, you can vary the composition, but there is nothing “homemade” here. And with recipes - to some culinary forum. Everything can be discussed and compared there.

That’s exactly the way I bake in my bread machine, I fall asleep \ fill all the components with measuring containers, turn on the program, the screw kneads the dough, then the proofing, etc. The output is excellent homemade bread.

I do not consider home-made bread baking in a bread machine. The very one is almost the same and there is nothing tricky about this: you fall asleep all the ingredients at the norm and start the program.

And if you make the bread machine itself - this is homemade work.
